A brand of Sicilian gastronomic products was born from the ancient recipes of grandmother 'Nzina (Vincenza) with the aim of preserving the culinary tradition of the past, preserving the quality and authenticity of the selected raw materials. The constant commitment to the selection of agricultural products, quality control and innovation in transformation processes, allow us to offer a wide range of genuine products, without dyes, preservatives and chemical additives. The company that bears the grandmother's name is managed by her daughter, who takes care of the production and choice of products, and by her grandson who looks after the national and international markets.
Olive trees, young and old, which grow in the hills of the province of Trapani, western Sicily. An extra virgin olive oil produced from a blend of Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla olives, cold extracted and unfiltered to preserve unique and strong characteristics.
The cultivation of Sicilian grains comes from the past, in fact Sicily boasts 52 varieties of ancient grains, hard and soft, totally indigenous. The transformation of some of these generates a semolina with a great energy value, rich in fiber, proteins and carbohydrates.
The control and quality of raw materials, the craftsmanship recalling ancient traditions without excluding the innovation of the systems, respect for the times of nature, the environment and slow transformation, create high-profile products that bring Sicily to the table all around the world.
We select the best native grapes of the Grillo and Nero D'Avola varieties which, after careful vinification, generate two wines with unique and thick characteristics. A white and a red from Sicily that today in the world transmit the values of a land rich in family stories.
